How it all works

Your first step is to contact me for a matching call (at no charge) to see if I’m the right person for you.

We arrange the procurement of my coaching services. Please see details of my coaching packages in the section below.

I will contact you to book your first session at a time to suit you. In this session we will agree your coaching goals and get started.

I usually recommend 6 coaching sessions which will typically occur every 4 weeks. Each session will last for 60 minutes.

Alternatively choose the Retainer Package. This is an intensive coaching programme offering unlimited coaching over 3 months.*

I will contact you six months after your coaching with me has finished to review your progress.
